House Party Distro does not accept order cancellations or returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. For damaged or defective items, please contact us.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
To stay informed of new arrivals, register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. If an order is placed and an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. Shipping cost is based off of weight, we do not offer discounted shipping for combined orders. If package/s are undeliverable/unclaimed for any reason and returned to HPD, we will issue a refund for the price of the item/s only.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may incur import duties and taxes once your goods reach their destination. Customers are responsible for these charges. House Party Distro does not provide calculations or estimates in this regard. If package/s are undeliverable/unclaimed for any reason and returned to HPD, we will issue a refund for the price of the item/s only. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and HPD cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. If you refuse your package/s based on tariffs or for any reason at all, we are under no obligation to issue a refund. Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a reasonable time frame.
